• Do not use virtual staging or enhancement to hide defects, damage or a property's real condition.
• Do not remove or obscure the “Virtually staged”, “Digitally enhanced” or “Not to scale” labels.
• Do not fabricate features, rooms, views or a completed-sale status that does not exist.
• Do not present staged or enhanced images as unedited photographs of the real space.

Only upload photos, floor plans and logos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload images of properties you have no right to market.

Do not generate or publish listings that discriminate or set preferences based on race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, family or marital status, age or any protected characteristic. Describe the space, not who may live there.

Do not use Curb to broker sales or lettings, collect deposits, rent or purchase funds, or to present valuations, legal, mortgage or investment advice as if provided by Curb.

• Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful or infringing content.
• Uploading personal data of others without a lawful basis, or images of identifiable people without consent.
• Malware, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Reselling or sharing account access outside your subscription.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity. Report abuse to support@proconestage.shop.
