Refund & Cancellation Policy
Curb is an online-only digital subscription with no physical goods and no shipping. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and when refunds apply.
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from the customer portal or by emailing support@proconestage.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to your plan until the end of the current paid period. Monthly allowances do not carry over.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the plan price until cancelled. We do not pro-rate partial periods after a renewal has started.
3. Refunds
- Because Curb delivers digital outputs immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- If you were charged in error, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days for a review and, where appropriate, a refund.
- If a generated output is unsatisfactory, we will re-generate it at no extra cost as the first remedy.
- Where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.
4. Free plan
The Preview plan is free and carries no charge or refund.
5. How to request
Email support@proconestage.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day. All amounts are in USD; the statement descriptor is CURB.
