Terms of Service

Curb is an online listing marketing studio. It generates listing copy, virtual staging, photo enhancement, floor-plan graphics and highlight videos as a digital subscription. It is an online-only digital service with no physical goods, no shipping and no in-person visits. Curb is not a licensed estate agent, valuer, surveyor, mortgage broker or legal adviser. We do not broker property sales or lettings, provide valuations, or handle deposits, rent or any property funds.

You must be at least 13 to use Curb, and users aged 13–17 require verifiable parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for your account, your credentials and all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the property information you provide.

Plans are billed in USD (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly allowances do not roll over. There are no credits, top-ups or stored balances. The statement descriptor is CURB. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep ownership of the briefs, photos and brand assets you upload and grant Curb the limited licence described in the Content License. You must have the right to use any photo or logo you upload. You agree to keep every virtually staged or enhanced image labelled and never to use Curb outputs to misrepresent a property, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Curb outputs are AI-generated marketing drafts for your review and may contain errors. They are not statements about a property's true condition, size, structure, ownership or value. You are responsible for checking and correcting them before publishing. See the AI Disclaimer.

You agree not to misuse the service, breach the law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. Prohibited uses are detailed in the Acceptable Use Policy and may lead to suspension.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, plans or these terms; material changes will be posted with a new date.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Curb is not liable for how you use generated content, for the accuracy of your listings, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination your right to use the studio ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
