• Account data: name, email address and authentication identifiers.
• Subscription & billing data: plan, billing status and the last four digits / card brand supplied by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Listing inputs: the property briefs, notes, features and any photos you upload to generate copy, staging, enhancements or video.
• Generated outputs: the listing copy, staged images, enhanced photos, floor-plan graphics and videos Curb produces for you.
• Support data: messages you send via the contact or listing-desk forms.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage/diagnostic logs.

We collect data provided by you directly (forms, user input, briefs, uploads), automatically collect limited data from your device (cookies and logs, see our Cookie Policy), and from our payment processor (subscription and payment status — not full card details).

• To provide the studio (generate copy, staging, video, exports) — performance of our contract with you.
• To process subscriptions — performance of contract and compliance with legal/accounting duties.
• To keep the service secure and reliable — our legitimate interests.
• To respond to support requests — performance of contract and legitimate interests.
• To send service and, where permitted, marketing messages — consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out any time.

Your listing briefs and uploaded photos are processed only to generate the outputs you request. We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated outputs to train AI models. Uploaded source images are retained only as long as needed to render your outputs and are cleared after 30 days by default; you can request earlier deletion. Generated outputs remain available in your account until you delete them or close your account.

We share limited data with vetted third-party processors acting on our instructions:

• Hosting & delivery: our cloud hosting and CDN provider.
• Payments: our payment processor for subscriptions (they receive card data directly; Curb does not touch full card numbers).
• Database & storage: our managed database and file storage provider for accounts, leads and assets.
• AI generation: the AI provider that renders copy and visuals, receiving only the input needed to produce your output.
• Email: our transactional email provider for receipts and support replies.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some processors are located outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Account and subscription records are kept for the life of your account and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded source images are cleared after 30 days by default. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Diagnostic logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Subject to law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. To exercise any right, email support@proconestage.shop. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Curb does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, contact support@proconestage.shop; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. No opt-out is required because no such sale or sharing takes place.

Curb generates content automatically, but these outputs are drafts for your review and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices. The service is not for children: it is unavailable to under-13s, and users aged 13–17 must have parent or guardian consent.
